Your new company For our Client, a large international organization undergoing a data-driven transformation, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Director (Data & Analytics) to lead the company's Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence and AI initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role focused on defining and executing the organization's Data & Analytics vision, enabling business growth through data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, AI, and modern information management practices. Your new role Defining and executing the organization's Data-Driven and Analytics-Driven strategy. Leading the long-term development of Business Intelligence, Analytics, AI, and Information Management capabilities. Overseeing the delivery of management and analytical information supporting business decision-making and data monetization initiatives. Managing the development and maintenance of the enterprise data ecosystem, including Data Warehousing, BI, Big Data, and reporting platforms. Overseeing advanced analytics, predictive models, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. Managing budgets, strategic programs, and transformation initiatives within the Data & Analytics area. Leading Data Governance, AI Governance, data quality, and information management processes. Driving innovation in Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data technologies. Promoting a data-driven culture and developing analytics capabilities across the organization. Overseeing reporting and analytics centers, as well as talent and competency development programs. Ensuring the development and maintenance of technology solutions supporting reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements. Managing vendor relationships, service delivery, demand management, and service level agreements. Ensuring compliance with data, AI, information security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Representing the Data & Analytics function in strategic committees and governance bodies. What you'll need to succeed University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. Around 8 years of overall experience in Data, Analytics, BI, Data Warehousing, or Big Data environments. Around 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles managing teams and strategic initiatives. Strong background in Data Warehousing, BI, Big Data, Analytics platforms, and Reporting solutions. Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programs and cross-functional teams. Experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Information Security. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive complex change initiatives. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
