Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a helpdesk support or similar junior IT role.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating reliability and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter and resilient individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
High computer literacy.
You must have the right to live and work in Poland.
This position is fully on-site.
Desirables but not essential:
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, Printing Services, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365, HP Office Printing.
