IT Support Engineer

Description

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for on-site and remote users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and workplace technology issues. Support and maintain end-user devices including laptops, mobile devices, and printers. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions within Active Directory and Entra ID environments. Support endpoint management activities using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. Perform device provisioning, configuration, software deployment, and lifecycle management. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and endpoint protection standards. Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs. Participate in ITIL-based processes including Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management. Identify recurring technical issues and recommend long-term improvements. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Support employee onboarding processes, including hardware setup and access provisioning. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to improve IT services. Contribute to automation and self-service initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Act as a trusted IT partner for business users and provide technical guidance when needed. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or End-User Support role. Experience supporting users in a corporate or enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user management. Experience with endpoint management solutions, preferably Microsoft Intune. Understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP. Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar platforms. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional English communication skills. Responsibilities
