Your profile and qualifications
Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Background in a top-tier law firm and/or multinational company.
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Proven ability to provide clear, concise, and business-oriented legal advice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
High level of professional integrity and sound judgment.
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – this is a mandatory requirement.
Experience in engineering, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
Exposure to compliance and/or data protection matters.
Prior in-house experience.
A hands-on, pragmatic, and commercially driven lawyer.
Someone capable of working with a high degree of autonomy, while knowing when to escalate.
A professional willing to go the extra mile and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities and tasks
Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements (sales, supply, services, and project-related contracts) across multiple jurisdictions.
Act as a business partner to sales, project management, and supply chain teams, providing practical, solution-oriented legal advice.
Support the execution of complex engineering and industrial projects, identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Manage pre-dispute situations and coordinate with external counsel when required.
Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Provide support on corporate governance matters, including drafting board and shareholder minutes and maintaining corporate records.
Deliver legal trainings and promote best practices across the organization.
