Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Developer with a strong background in Capital Markets to design, develop, and maintain robust IT solutions supporting trading, risk, and post-trade activities with experience in Kondor or 4sight Solution. The role involves working closely with business and IT teams within Asset Management, Asset Servicing, or Investment Banking environments, using modern technologies and APIs.

Requirements
Previous experience in Capital Markets within an Asset Servicer, Asset Manager, or Investment Bank
Exposure to trading, risk, valuation, settlement, or reporting systems
Strong development experience with one or more of the following technologies/Languages:
Shell Script
PL/SQL
Groovy
Python
Sybase or MS SQL
Knowledge of object-oriented design and software development best practices
Experience with system integration and data flows
Strong experience with Kondor or 4Sight technical architecture and development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in complex and fast-paced environments
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented
Experience with Capital Markets platforms (e.g. Calypso, Murex, Orchestrade)
Exposure to cloud, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications supporting Capital Markets activities
Contribute to the development of scalable and high-performance systems
Work closely with Business Analysts, Quant teams, and other developers to understand functional requirements
Develop and maintain programs using Shell Script, PL/SQL, Groovy, Python
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best development practices
Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance optimization
Contribute to system documentation and technical design
Follow Agile or DevOps development practices
