Kubernetes Platform Engineer-Mid / Senior

UoP only (CoE) Remote or Hybrid from Warsaw We design and operate cloud-native platforms that support modern telecom applications across their full lifecycle. Our teams collaborate globally to deliver scalable, reliable solutions and continuously improve platform performance. We are looking for candidates with solid networking fundamentals. We are not looking for Network Engineers, but candidates should be able to troubleshoot connectivity issues and work effectively with networking teams. Key areas include DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls, BGP, IPsec, Multus, and SR-IOV.The expectation is practical troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of packet flow rather than deep network design expertise. What you’ll do: Onboard telecom and OSS applications to Kubernetes-based platforms Automate operations and contribute to platform reliability (SRE practices) Monitor systems, analyze logs/metrics, and resolve issues Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence Manage system changes, upgrades, and lifecycle processes Participate in on-call support What we’re looking for: Degree in IT or related field 2+ years of cloud experience Hands-on Kubernetes and containerization experience Strong Linux and basic networking knowledge Experience with CI/CD and GitOps Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Experience with:Application onboarding to KubernetesKubernetes in self-managed environments (OpenStack, bare metal, etc.)Linux administration and troubleshootingGitOps, CI/CD, and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible)Observability and production support Application onboarding to Kubernetes Kubernetes in self-managed environments (OpenStack, bare metal, etc.) Linux administration and troubleshooting GitOps, CI/CD, and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible) Observability and production support Nice to have: Telco/OSS background or system integration experience OpenStack or private cloud exposure IaC tools (Terraform, Helm) Cloud security basics What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
