Description
We are seeking a Lead Agentic Automation Engineer with UiPath to drive the technical design and implementation of enterprise automation solutions, working closely with Program Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Test Leads, Project Managers, customer product owners, and cross-functional application squads to ensure consistent engineering standards across integrations, data, security, AI-enabled capabilities, auditability, testing, and release readiness. Responsibilities Lead the technical design and implementation of the AuditBoard and UiCollect solutions Translate business requirements, process designs, and acceptance criteria into clear technical designs and engineering tasks Apply the program reference architecture and align both applications with shared technical standards and reusable patterns Provide hands-on technical guidance to UiPath engineers and other squad members throughout design, build, testing, release, and Hypercare Make day-to-day technical decisions within the squad and escalate program-level architecture decisions to the Program Solution Architect Design UiPath workflows, agentic automation, business rules, user interactions, and orchestration components Define integration approaches for client systems, enterprise data sources, third-party platforms, and shared program services Guide the implementation of APIs, connectors, authentication, data mappings, error handling, and integration monitoring Ensure AuditBoard supports required control-management, audit-trail, evidence, access, and governance capabilities Ensure UiCollect supports collections workflows, invoice and customer data processing, reporting, credit-hold decisions, and agreed dunning functionality Coordinate the technical use of AI-enabled and document-processing capabilities where required by the applications Review solution designs, code, configurations, workflows, data structures, and integration components produced by the squad Requirements 5+ years of experience in UiPath development, including agentic automation, business rules, user interactions, and orchestration components Experience in defining integration approaches across client systems, enterprise data sources, third-party platforms, and shared program services Proficiency in APIs, connectors, authentication, data mappings, error handling, and integration monitoring Background in control-management, audit-trail, evidence, access, and governance capabilities within enterprise applications Knowledge of collections workflows, invoice and customer data processing, reporting, credit-hold decisions, and dunning functionality Expertise in AI-enabled and document-processing capabilities within automation solutions Skills in engineering practices for code quality, peer review, version control, branching, deployment, logging, and technical documentation Experience leading technical defect investigation, root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and fix confirmation Competency in coordinating release readiness, including configuration, deployment pipelines, environment validation, rollback considerations, and operational documentation Familiarity with backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, and sequencing of technically dependent work
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UiPath development, including agentic automation, business rules, user interactions, and orchestration components
Experience in defining integration approaches across client systems, enterprise data sources, third-party platforms, and shared program services
Proficiency in APIs, connectors, authentication, data mappings, error handling, and integration monitoring
Background in control-management, audit-trail, evidence, access, and governance capabilities within enterprise applications
Knowledge of collections workflows, invoice and customer data processing, reporting, credit-hold decisions, and dunning functionality
Expertise in AI-enabled and document-processing capabilities within automation solutions
Skills in engineering practices for code quality, peer review, version control, branching, deployment, logging, and technical documentation
Experience leading technical defect investigation, root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and fix confirmation
Competency in coordinating release readiness, including configuration, deployment pipelines, environment validation, rollback considerations, and operational documentation
Familiarity with backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, and sequencing of technically dependent work
Responsibilities
