• This role involves up to 20% business travel

• This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in carrier management, transportation, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.

• Experience working with freight carriers, 3PLs, transportation providers, or logistics partners.

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken, at B2/C1 level.

• Experience in process standardization, centralization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

• Experience with TMS, ERP, or transportation procurement systems is an advantage.

• Strong project management skills (planning, execution, risk management, and delivery)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

• Manage day-to-day relationships with transportation carriers, freight providers, and logistics partners.

• Source, evaluate, onboard, and maintain qualified carriers in accordance with company requirements.

• Identify carrier performance issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

• Support transportation planning and capacity management by maintaining an effective carrier network.

• Resolve carrier-related operational, billing, service, and performance issues in a timely manner.

• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to management regarding carrier performance and network opportunities.
