Your profile and qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED: Required foundational education, providing essential skills in math, reading, and problem-solving.

  • Machine Operator Experience: Several years operating complex or specialized machinery, with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and production processes.

  • Several years of experience operating complex or specialized machinery in a manufacturing environment.

  • Skilled in setting up and managing advanced machinery with a strong understanding of operational functions and system settings.

  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, as well as performing preventative and corrective maintenance.

  • Experience with DAVI roller machines is highly preferred, as this role requires operating and maintaining this specific equipment for efficient and precise production.

  • Works collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance teams, quality control personnel, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.

  • Experienced in mentoring and training less experienced operators, promoting knowledge sharing and operational consistency.

Your responsibilities and tasks

  • The Machine Operator II operates and maintains complex machinery in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing production, ensuring quality standards, performing advanced troubleshooting, and coordinating with team members. Works independently and may train and support junior operators.
