Your profile and qualifications
You bring solid procurement experience and have successfully held a management position.
Hold a relevant degree within Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
Have experience with project procurement, supplier negotiations and contract management.
Have a proven track record of developing and implementing procurement and supply chain strategies.
Are fluent in English and experienced with SAP solutions such as Ariba, S/4HANA and MDG.
Your responsibilities and tasks
Lead and develop your team while driving procurement and supply chain performance across the organisation.
Coordinate project requirements with procurement activities throughout the entire project lifecycle and be accountable for cost efficiency, quality and on-time delivery during project execution.
Act as the interface between local business unit and divisional leadership, while ensuring early procurement involvement in both customer and internal projects.
Review and support category strategies, identify cost-saving and cash-improvement opportunities, drive demand reduction initiatives and continuously improve procurement processes, KPIs and operational efficiency.
Represent Procurement & Supply Chain in Project gate reviews, ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability objectives, and provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to management.
