Manufacturing System Analyst (MES)

Your new company For our international client based in Silesia, we are currently looking for a MES System Business Analyst. The role follows a hybrid working model (1 day per week in the office, 4 days remote). Your new role Gather and analyze business requirements for MES and Digital Factory solutions. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. Map and optimize manufacturing processes. Prepare functional specifications and implementation documentation. Support system implementation, testing, training, and rollout activities. Coordinate UAT and provide ongoing application support. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain process documentation. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, system implementations, UAT, and application support. Experience working with MES, ERP, SAP, or other enterprise systems. Strong business process mapping and optimization skills. Experience facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of MES solutions in the automotive industry, Digital Factory solutions, or SAP would be an advantage. Private medical care and additional insurance. Multisport card and PPE.
