For our client we are looking for a person for the position of Material Planner & Ramp-up Coordinator – Pre-Series Logistics (M/K).

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business

• Knowledge of English at level C1

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Microsoft Access

• German language would be a plus

• SAP knowledge would be a plus

• Project Management experience would be a plus

• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• A team – member with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation

Job Tasks

• Independently coordinate the launch of product projects in collaboration with members other teams

• Identify and resolve issues during the production ramp-up in close cooperation with stakeholders

• Independent maintenance and optimization of master data as well as the continuous improvement of daily routines and tasks in SAP

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor material flow, while identifying material shortages for new parts

• Maintain relationships and negotiations with international suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries. Manage supplier escalations/shortages to ensure timely issue resolution

• Actively shape and optimize process landscapes within pre-series logistics to increase efficiency

• Represent the Pre-Series Logistics department in various committees and cross-functional meetings. Central point of contact for the supply of new parts in product projects

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain tracking reports, management reports, and presentations, while taking on project management responsibilities
