Description

For our Client, an international manufacturing company located in Niepołomice, we are currently looking for a MES Business Analyst - Assembly Steering & Systems to join a global IT and production environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the further development of software-supported business processes within production and logistics, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, production teams, and IT. Main tasks & responsibilities: Analyze, design, and further develop business processes in production and logistics, including assembly control and execution, production documentation, process data collection, and plant monitoring. Collaborate closely with production departments, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop concepts for production steering and MES solutions. Support the integration of machines, equipment, and production systems with MES platforms. Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements while translating them into functional specifications. Develop and optimize business process models and contribute to the strategic development of production-related IT systems. Act as the primary point of contact for development teams during implementation and testing phases. Coordinate and support go-live activities and rollout projects across manufacturing plants. Create training materials, operational concepts, and support key user organizations. Work with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and system adoption. Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve business processes and working methods. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to MES and digital manufacturing solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or a related field, or a comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experience. Experience in manufacturing process design and implementation projects, particularly within MES environments. Proven experience with MES implementation, rollout, optimization, or enhancement projects. Understanding of production and logistics processes within manufacturing environments. Knowledge of ISA-95 standards or similar MES-related frameworks would be considered a strong advantage. Ability to analyze complex process and data structures and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and audience-appropriate manner. Experience working in cross-functional and international project teams. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
