客户经理（单面胶带与胶水销售专员）

Description

负责3M单面胶带及胶粘剂类产品在终端客户的导入工作；主要行业涉及：汽车零部件，新能源电池，IoT,低空经济，具身智能，数据中心等各类高增长行业。

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• More than 3 years of sales experience in the industrial sector.

• Understanding of industrial customers’ manufacturing processes and automation solutions.

• Experience in material qualification/introduction and adhesive business in the automotive or electronics industries is preferred.

• Good English communication skills and computer proficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for introducing 3M single-sided tapes and adhesive products to end customers.

• Target industries include automotive components, new energy batteries, IoT, low-altitude economy, embodied intelligence, data centers, and other high-growth sectors.

• Follow up on projects with existing key accounts, and provide supply chain tracking and support services.

• Analyze customers’ manufacturing processes, automation development trends, and implementation paths to address process challenges and provide value-added solutions.

• Promote 3M adhesive solutions to customers.

• Focus primarily on developing new business opportunities nationwide.
