For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: On-site IT Support Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland) Localization: Dzierżoniów Length: long term cooperation Start date: ASAP Must have requirements: Experience in IT Support / Desktop / Onsite Support (manufacturing environment is a plus, not required) Hands‑on experience or basic knowledge of IMAC activities, hardware break/fix and asset handling Ability to provide Hands & Eyes support, following instructions from remote IT teams Basic support knowledge of PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices and Audio‑Video systems Familiarity with IT asset management, inventory, packing and on‑site transportation of equipment Basic understanding of telephony / VoIP (MAC requests, voicemail setup) and LAN fundamentals Willingness to support on‑site infrastructure tasks or small projects and back‑up IT support when needed Good communication skills, portoenterostomised attitude and willingness to learn new technologies Support of specific manufacturing related IT equipment including associated applications. Hands & Eyes Support – perform physical activity under direction from the remote party (e.g. Client Network team), under direction carry out instructions to assist with resolution. Hardware Break/Fix assistance and vendor management Installation, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) Local assets stock management, transportation of assets within the campus (where transport included or funded by Client), boxing / packing and dispatching assets. Telephony Support – perform telephone admin support include MAC and voicemail setup. Non-PC IT Equipment Support – provide on-site triage and resolution recommendation to non-PC IT devices e.g. Printers and Scanners. If required specific training & instruction will be provided. Mobile Phone or tablet Support – a combination of Hands & Eyes, Asset Management, Non PC IT equipment support specifically for mobile devices. Audio-Video systems local support assistance One-off infrastructure projects execution and/or management (LAN refresh, VOIP migration project etc. on a case by case basis depending on the available site-specific resource skills). MyTech Lounge engineer back-up support if needed.
