Podstawowe Kwalifikacje

• Bachelor's degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

• Experience in an operational role, or experience in logistics

• Experience managing teams, or experience in an operational role

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written); communicative English (B2+)

Preferowane Kwalifikacje

• Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics or equivalent

• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent

• Experience using Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience in an operational role, or experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives

• Experience managing teams, or experience in performing accurate and complete chart reviews for profee coding

• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to write narratives (6-pagers, PRFAQ, COE documents) and present to senior leadership (L8+)

• English proficiency at C1 level or above

• The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher base salary, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience.
