This is the right job for you if:
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company.
You possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills.
You are proficient in MS Office.
You are familiar with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and fire safety regulations.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others — we work as a team every day.
You are capable of making fast, independent decisions.
You demonstrate high professional conduct and personal etiquette.
You are open to working in shifts.
Your main responsibilities:
On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the team in a courier parcel warehouse.
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely sorting of shipments to the appropriate branches.
You will handle the processing of damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures.
Your task will be to eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes.
You will support your team in their daily tasks.
You will report the team's performance results to the Manager.
