We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to support our GDS Consulting team. The opportunity As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in analytics and KPI tracking, contributing to various operational functions across the organization. What we look for Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. 4+ years of relevant experience. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Excel.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.

• Proficiency in Polish.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by supporting KPIs in business delivery, learning and compliance.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation that add value for stakeholders.

• Conduct regular analyses of budgets, productivity, and utilization, along with ad hoc assessments to meet business needs.

• Collaborate on the budgeting process by developing the Market Leadership Plan for headcount and utilization targets.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to consulting teams and leadership, providing timely reports, presentations, and insights.

• Work cross-functionally with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and other departments to streamline processes and resolve challenges.

• Prepare and quality-check reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain comprehensive process documentation for future reference.
