This is the right job for you if:
You have experience in proactive business advisory or Customer Experience, with a focus on supporting sales targets.
You enjoy interacting with clients, possess strong communication skills, and easily build relationships.
You are a tech enthusiast, ready to leverage the potential of AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and service quality.
You are ready to work in an equivalent working time system (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
You are fluent in spoken and written Polish and have a good command of English, which you want to use in client communication.
Your main responsibilities:
You will act as an Advisor providing comprehensive, omnichannel support (email, phone, chat, Messenger, WhatsApp) to resolve reported issues.
You will have access to analytical and technological tools to anticipate potential challenges and will initiate contact to address them. Your job will involve handling both inbound and outbound calls.
You will step into the role of a mentor and advisor, guiding Partners on growth paths and business scaling (e.g., account settings optimization, export expansion) and providing recommendations on the best business opportunities for them on the platform.
You will actively participate in improving Customer Experience operations to boost satisfaction metrics and implement the latest technologies.
