This role is the backbone of our HR delivery model, ensuring that from the moment a candidate signs an offer to the day they retire, their data and experience are handled with precision.You will play a pivotal role in harmonizing processes across legacy ABB and newly acquired SoftBank teams, ensuring a "One Robotics" experience through Workday.The work model for the role is: Hybrid (#LI Hybrid)Location: Poland, SpainYou will be mainly accountable for:Lifecycle Management: Lead the administrative execution of all key employee events:Onboarding: Coordinating contract generation, background checks, and Day 1 readiness.Employee Changes: Managing promotions, lateral moves, and data corrections in Workday.Offboarding: Handling resignations, terminations, and final documentation.Workday Governance: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday business processes within your cluster, ensuring 100% data accuracy for downstream payroll and reporting.Benefits Administration: Partner with local brokers and providers to manage enrollment, eligibility, and troubleshooting for regional benefit programs.Comp & Rewards Support: Assist the Total Rewards team during annual cycles (merit increases, bonus payments) by auditing data and generating employee communication letters.Compliance & Audit: Ensure all employee files and digital records meet local labor law requirements and internal audit standards.Process Harmonization: Support the carve-out by identifying legacy ABB processes that need to be "re-wired" for the new standalone organization.Qualifications for the role:5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services, covering multiple countries (Cluster experience). Prior HR experience in the DACH Region is an asset.Advanced experience in Workday HCM. Requirements

  • Demonstrated 5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services, with experience across multiple countries.

  • Prior HR experience in the DACH region is considered an asset.
