Your team

• You'll be working in a Portfolio Execution team. Our team is supporting Fund of Hedge Fund business for the Bank. As an product operations specialist, you’ll work closely with our portfolio managers and product specialist to support the investment process.

Your expertise

• ideally at least 1 year paralegal experience or investment operation experience with a focus on hedge funds

• in-depth knowledge of liquidity terms of hedge funds

• bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field

• proactive self-starter who has a keen eye for the details

• collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Word

• Effective communication and oral presentation skills;

• A natural curiosity, ambition to succeed in fast paced & challenging environment; and

• Proficiency in English language.

Your role

• Do you have an understanding in Hedge Funds? Do you have knowledge of hedge fund offering documents and terms? Do you have a strong can-do attitude, well-organized and detail-oriented?

• We’re looking for someone who can:

• review and capture data from the offering documents of the underlying hedge funds such as Offering Memorandum and subscription agreement;

• review updated fund documents;

• take responsibility for the static data management in Octane;

• support investment team with respect to new and ongoing investments by gathering and processing data - maintain static data and records in Octane.
