Your profile and qualifications
Higher technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering
Experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques
Knowledge of CAD programs
Managing of ERP software in the area of technological modules (Routings and BOMs)
Analytical thinking skills, problem‑solving abilities, and strategic thinking
Very well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills
Goal‑oriented approach
At least a communicative level of English
Your responsibilities and tasks
Technological supervision over production process
Implementation of new and optimization of existing technological processes in order to increase efficiency and productivity
Supervision of technological documentation
Close cooperation with other departments including quality control department, tooling department, and purchasing department
Support in preparing quotations for new products
Collaborating with GEA's technology and design departments to streamline the process of designing new products for optimal and efficient manufacturing
Selection of tools for manufactured parts
Developing workstation instructions in the manufacturing area
Designing and supervising the manufacturing of fixtures necessary for the implementation of production
Solving technological problems during current production
