Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Preferred
Associates Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business considered
Experience in NX (preferred) or other 3D modelling
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with PLM preferred
Experience with SAP
5+ years of experience in product development environment
Experience in BOM management
Good work ethic
Strong team player
Well-developed communication skills both written and oral
Self-starter
Your responsibilities and tasks
Product Configuration Management: Translate customer or business requirements into structured product configurations, ensuring consistency across builds and releases.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure products comply with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., FDA/3A, safety, data privacy, industry-specific rules).
Build & Release Coordination: Manage digital or physical product builds, media libraries, and release schedules, often in agile environments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management, operations, QA, legal, and compliance teams to align product features with compliance needs.
Documentation & Traceability: Maintain configuration management databases (Master Specifications) and traceability matrices to link requirements to product features.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks during product development and deployment.
