You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, pricing and profitability.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the BL Mobile ePower in Motion Traction division.You will be mainly accountable for:Leads market intelligence analysis, including market trends in the off-highway vehicles and marine electrification segments, product competitors, and identification of potential gaps in the portfolio with respect to the competition and new market opportunities.Define and implement the product strategy for Mobile ePower Inverters including target segments, go-to market plan, focus customers, pricing strategies, and profitabilityOwning technical and market specification for the offer and determining an offering business plan that supports sustainable growth while leading customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, and following up on portfolio performance.Leading the offer lifecycle management process, analyzing current offers, defining, and tracking performance metrics, and making decisions on offer obsolescence and end-of-life to ensure that current and future market requirements are met to maximize their profitability.Prioritizes new offering development projects with the responsibility for achieving the targets (product characteristics, time, costs, capital expenditure, pay-back) and coordinating with cross-functional teamsSetting targets, monitoring offering costs and giving inputs to operations functions (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Production) to maximize competitiveness and profitability.Defines product customer value proposition per segment and channel and ensures clear communication to channels and users, to deliver clear offering positioning within the portfolio with defined values per offering line.Qualification for the Role:Master’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering5+ years’ experience in product management for industrial applications or industrial automotive.Technical knowledge in electric propulsion systems for off-highway vehicles and marine electrification sectorDemonstrate business acumen and business metrics understandingExperience working in global, cross functional environmentsExcellent communication and influencing skills.Business-fluent English (written and verbal) is requiredAby zbudować czystszą, mądrzejszą przyszłość, potrzebne są różne umysły: ciekawe, odważne i kreatywne. Technical knowledge in electric propulsion systems for off-highway vehicles and marine electrification sector
Demonstrate business acumen and business metrics understanding
Experience working in global, cross functional environments
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Business-fluent English (written and verbal) is required
