Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. Requirements

• Experience in designing electrical systems is essential.

• Good knowledge of electrical components is required.

• Strong communicative knowledge of English and Polish in both oral and written form is necessary.

• Familiarity with Creo, Eplan, and Auto CAD programmes is considered an additional asset.

• Very good computer skills, particularly with MS Office, are required.

• Ability to work effectively in a group and with a wide range of colleagues is important.

• Capability to work under time pressure is necessary.

• Responsible for providing technical leadership for entrusted engineering projects.

• Play a key role in coordinating projects with relevant functions to ensure designs are manufactured, tested, installed, and commissioned.

• Take ownership of direct customer contact to realise current orders and shape solutions based on customer feedback.

• Deliver high-quality preparation of electrical and mechanical documentation and bills of materials for low-voltage switchgears production.

• Lead efforts to supervise production and assembly of low-voltage switchgears, including coordination and leading final acceptance tests with customer presence.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement entrusted projects and tasks efficiently and on time.

• Help drive innovation in creating work plans and cost estimates for the project portfolio, ensuring quality and timely implementation within targeted costs.
