Your profile and qualifications
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
0-3 years of professional experience in engineering, design, or technical roles.
Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.

Your responsibilities and tasks
Design and configure homogenizers according to customer specifications and project requirements.
Provide technical support and expertise to internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Sales team by participating in customer meetings and technical discussions.
Execute validation procedures for pharmaceutical homogenizer units, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
Apply and maintain knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and norms related to homogenizer design and manufacturing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering practices.
Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues across different departments and Group companies.
Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence, aligned with LEAN principles.
