B2B Project: Project Manager (Pharma & AI) Service delivery model: Remotely with support for US Eastern Time stakeholders (4–6 hours overlap with 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET) Cooperation: 12-month project Cooperation type: B2B, through Hays Poland Language: English (C1) Project Description Tech / AI experience or implementation in pharma R&D clinical development (not manufacturing experience) 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO environment, preferably within R&D. Good understanding of clinical development processes. Experience supporting digital, AI, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives. Project or program management experience within cross-functional environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and generative AI. English proficiency enabling daily cooperation in an international environment. Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI principles. Experience translating technical initiatives into business outcomes Scope of Services Lead end-to-end delivery of R&D transformation initiatives, including AI/ML and LLM-related projects. Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics. Coordinate Agile delivery activities, including planning, backlog management, and release preparation. Cooperate with business, digital, data science, clinical, and external partner teams. Manage project timelines, risks, budget, and quality. Support implementation of AI-driven solutions and process improvements across clinical development. Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
