Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field highly preferred.
5+ years of Project Management experience in CAPEX related projects, preferably in Industrial Heating and Refrigeration.
Possess PMP License, or willing to obtain within 1 year of being in role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Strong ability to navigate unforeseen challenges and deescalate situations.

Ensure the clarification, specification and execution of each project from the initial quotation phase to commissioning, handover, follow-up and project completion
Manage the full P&L for each of the 12-14 projects you are overseeing
Generate buy-in among your stakeholders and motivate your team to ensure that all aspects of a project are moving in the same direction
Make sure that your projects are delivered safely, within budget and according to scope, quality and schedule
Oversee and ensure that customers are managed properly and that their satisfaction levels remain high during the execution of each project
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments and functions, ranging from Sales to Supply Chain, Finance (project budget and cost control) and Risk management of customer focused projects.
Travel as needed to sites as projects are implemented and for customer meetings
