Role: Project Manager Focus: End-to-end delivery of GIS implementation projectsEmployment Type: Full-time, permanent employment contractLocation: Warszawa / hybrid About the role: In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of a GIS implementation project, from initiation and planning through execution, acceptance and project closure. You will build project structures, coordinate internal and external delivery teams, work with GIS solution providers and ensure that the project is delivered according to agreed scope, budget, schedule, quality standards and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Build project structures and establish effective project teams. - Define organisational, procedural and communication standards for the project. - Monitor project status, progress and delivery milestones. - Manage the full life cycle of a GIS implementation project, including initiation, planning, execution, acceptance and closure. - Coordinate the work of internal and external project teams, including GIS solution providers. - Manage project budget, schedule, risks and quality of delivered solutions. - Report project status to the Contractor’s Project Director and the Steering Committee. - Cooperate with consortium partners and subcontractors. - Ensure compliance with applicable project management standards and methodologies, such as Prince2, PMI or equivalent. Your Profile: - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT projects. - Project management certification such as Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, PMI or equivalent. - Higher education degree. - Ability to work effectively with different implementation teams. - Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills. - Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira and MS Office. - English language skills at B2 level.• Polish language skills at B2 or higher. Nice to have: - Knowledge of business processes specific to distribution system operators. - Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies in the context of infrastructure and system implementation projects. - Previous experience delivering a project for PGE on behalf of a contractor, vendor or outsourcing company. Responsibilities

• Documented experience in delivering at least two GIS implementation projects based on ESRI technologies as a GIS Project Manager across the full implementation life cycle, or experience in delivering very large IT implementation projects in the public sector and/or state-owned companies.
