This is the right job for you, if:
You have 5 years of experience in program or project management, especially in roles involving strategic responsibilities.
You have successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to initial product definition (loyalty programs experience is a strong asset).
You have experience in developing and executing roadmaps.
You know how to define analyses for creating new data-driven products and business recommendations.
You are goal-oriented and able to manage change.
You have highly developed communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
You possess business acumen and the ability to think long-term.
You communicate effectively in both English and Polish (C1).
Your main responsibilities:
Shape the Platform Quality Framework: Drive the strategic development of robust performance metrics and set the criteria required for prestigious seller badges, perks, and program eligibility.
Redesign Incentive Programs: Take end-to-end ownership of our top-tier seller recognition programs, creating impactful mechanics that inspire sellers to proactively elevate their service quality.
Standardize Operational Excellence: Design and scale reliable operational requirements across the seller journey to eliminate logistical friction and secure a predictable customer experience.
Champion the Seller Experience: Actively monitor seller sentiment and feedback, transforming insights into strategic platform enhancements and solutions that boost partner trust.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the strategic anchor for the Seller Quality stream, collaborating with key internal teams (Commercial, Customer Experience, Logistics, Trust & Safety) to align quality initiatives with global business goals.
Enable and Educate at Scale: Partner with communication and change-management teams to design effective rollouts, educational content, and frameworks that empower sellers to thrive within our ecosystem.
