Experience

  • 1-3 years

Requirements

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data collected from quality evaluations to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Generating reports and insights for management to support decision- making and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Quality Monitoring: Conducting regular evaluations of supplier data to assess adherence to quality standards, compliance with policies and procedures, and effectiveness of communication.

  • Quality Assurance Processes: Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistency and standardization across projects in a program. This includes creating evaluation forms, scoring methodologies, and quality metrics.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with other functions such as training, operations, and engineering teams to communicate quality standards, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements.

  • Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, process requirements, and internal policies through regular audits and quality checks.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and quality enhancements. Participating in quality improvement projects and initiatives to drive positive change within the organization.

  • Training and Development Support: Assisting in the design and delivery of training programs related to quality standards and process improvements. Providing ongoing support and guidance to suppliers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
