Informacje

  • Qualifications

  • BSc, MSc, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Offshore Wind

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management

  • Experience across project development, engineering, procurement, and construction phases

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001)

  • Proven ability to work independently and establish quality processes during project development

  • Experience leading quality teams during project execution and construction

  • Fluent in English; Polish is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the sole QA/QC responsible person during the project development phase

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System and project quality plans

  • Ensure quality requirements are incorporated into tendering, contract placement, design, engineering, and procurement activities

  • Serve as the main focal point for all project quality matters, covering both process and technical quality aspects

  • Promote quality awareness and a strong quality culture across the project

  • Lead and manage the Project Quality Team during execution and construction phases

  • Establish and oversee quality processes, inspections, audits, testing, and non-conformance management during construction

  • Ensure suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors comply with project quality requirements

  • Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, EPCI, Construction, and Asset Management teams to achieve project quality objectives

  • Ensure compliance with Employer Requirements, contractual obligations, applicable regulations, and industry standards

  • Support project handover by ensuring completion of quality documentation, records, and certification
