In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional Research and Development projects, sub-projects, product maintenance and development assignments. Each day, you will coordinate the cross-functional project teams, leading the value creation in partnership with key stakeholders. In this role you will report to Project Management Office (PMO) Team Lead, Europe. • At least a few years of experience in Product Development or Project Management is essential.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and promote cross-functional collaboration are required.

• A proactive mindset combined with a Lean and Agile approach to work is necessary.

• Excellent problem-solving skills are expected.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-cultural environment are required.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

• Fluency in Finnish or Polish is required depending on the location.
