Job Description

• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences.

• Craft UX/UI designs that bring product and experience strategies to life across digital touchpoints.

• Lead end-to-end design work - from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Run usability testing, distill insights, and iterate designs with speed and purpose.

• Facilitate design sprints, and co-creation sessions to uncover insights and align teams and stakeholders.

• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary project teams, shaping both design direction and overall engagement outcomes.

• Nurture our creative culture through critiques, inspiration sessions, and team rituals, exploring innovative concepts while balancing client and project constraints.
