Trade Support Senior Analyst

Job Description

• Monitor trade flows and oversee daily Middle Office activities (outsourced operations)

• Ensure timely matching and settlement of transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including derivatives and OTC products

• Investigate and resolve queries from both internal teams and external stakeholders

• Identify, report, and help resolve failed trades, as well as manage late trading and missed cut-offs

• Support the CSDR penalty process, including tracking, controls, and reporting

• Handle incidents and claims, making sure they are resolved efficiently

• Prepare ad-hoc reports to support business needs

• Maintain and improve process documentation, contributing to ongoing enhancements

• Support risk management and audit reviews

• Assist with operational and system migration projects (e.g. FX trade rebooking, mutual fund setup, front-office tools)

• THE WORK:

• The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office in Warsaw or Gdansk (50/50 hybrid model).
