Job Description

• Build next-generation GenAI applications and autonomous multi-agent systems for top-tier enterprise clients - using Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), and open-source models

• Design enterprise-grade RAG solutions and agentic workflows that reason, act, and make decisions at scale

• Evaluate and stress-test AI outputs - hunting down hallucinations, edge cases, and failure modes before they reach production

• Deploy solutions to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with real-world performance and security requirements

• Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants who are shaping how leading enterprises adopt AI

• Projects with global impact: Participate in reallife implementations of GenAI and conversational analytics for Fortune 500type organizations, seeing how your solutions perform in demanding production environments.

• Hands on GenAI engineering: Learn how to design, prototype and debug AIdriven solutions, from Vibe Coding sessions through RAG pipelines to conversational interfaces over enterprise data.

• Continuous learning in a fastgrowing domain: Build a strong foundation in modern tooling such as vector databases, embeddings, TexttoSQL and MCP, supported by experienced Data&AI practitioners.

• THE WORK

• As a Junior GenAI Engineer, you’ll join a team that creates innovative GenAI and agentic AI tools for major companies.

• We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about Generative AI and proactively follow what's happening in the space - new models, tools, and techniques. If you're excited about applying AI to solve real business problems at scale, you'll fit right in.
