Support strategic sales and deal shapingYou will work alongside senior sales professionals to identify, qualify, and develop high-value opportunities in Financial Services.

Strengthen the sales cycleYou will actively support long, consultative sales processes by preparing inputs for proposals, pricing discussions, and client presentations.

Support proposal development and deal execution readinessYou will contribute to proposal creation, deal structuring, and ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams after contract signature.
Collaborate in cross-country teamsYou will work in international teams across Europe, supporting complex, multi-market sales pursuits.
Use modern AI tools in your daily workYou will leverage advanced AI and GenAI solutions to support analysis, insights generation, and sales enablement activities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a strong Financial Services team within Accenture focused on high-impact, long-cycle consulting and technology engagements across Europe, with a strong presence in the Polish market. We are looking for experienced professionals who understand how complex deals are shaped, sold, and brought to life through close client collaboration.
This role is primarily focused on sales support, deal shaping, and client advisory, with a strong emphasis on enabling successful deal closure and ensuring solution feasibility. You will work closely with senior sales teams and client stakeholders in banking and insurance, helping define the right opportunities and shaping value-driven solutions.
You will operate in cross-country teams (Poland, Czech Republic and broader Europe), contributing to long, consultative sales cycles where solutions are co-created with clients rather than sold as standard offerings.
