Job Description

  • Conduct onsite visits with authorized dealers, independent repairers, and garage chains to evaluate performance, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Assess dealer operations, product portfolio, sales execution, and adherence to IAM principles through structured reviews, audits, and performance analysis.

  • Identify improvement areas and create action plans with clear KPIs, responsibilities, and timelines to enhance business performance.

  • Deliver coaching and training on sales processes, product knowledge, pricing strategies, and digital tools to support partner development.

  • Develop tailored improvement initiatives for focus dealers, optimizing customer segmentation, ordering processes, and communication workflows.

  • Provide ongoing follow-up, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure successful implementation of improvement plans.

  • Support customers with digital ordering platforms and workshop systems while promoting product adoption and sales growth.

The role is field‑driven and focuses on structured visits, assessments, capability development, and targeted commercial activation.
