Description
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Total Rewards programs, with a focus on pay equity, regulatory compliance, and EU Pay Transparency directives. Drive compliance monitoring and pay equity analysis, ensuring adherence to evolving EU pay transparency requirements across all applicable markets. Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to enhance pay equity frameworks and continuously improve compensation technology and EU Pay Transparency practices. Provide compensation subject matter expertise to stakeholders and advise senior leadership on best practices for total rewards in talent attraction and retention. Oversee market intelligence and compensation analytics to evaluate competitive positioning, identify pay trends, and generate data-driven insights that inform Total Rewards strategy and decision-making. Lead process optimization initiatives leveraging technology, automation, and analytics to enhance compensation operations and reporting. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for day-to-day compensation processes, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and solution-oriented culture. Inspire and motivate team members by modeling a positive, accountable attitude, championing open communication, mutual respect, and shared ownership of results. Build strong cross-functional relationships with HR, Finance, Legal, and business partners to align compensation programs with organizational goals and people strategy. This role is pivotal in managing Accenture's global Compensation philosophy and processes, ensuring a consistent and equitable experience for our people worldwide, with a primary focus on EU Pay Transparency, pay equity, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications
8+ years of direct compensation experience, including expertise in total rewards, market intelligence, and global compensation strategy.
Demonstrated experience in pay equity analysis, compliance monitoring, and EU Pay Transparency initiatives.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing compensation teams in a dynamic, international environment.
Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and influence without authority.
Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and handle highly confidential data with discretion.
Ability to adapt quickly, work at a dynamic pace, and navigate tight timelines and critical deliverables.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; experience with data analytics and market intelligence platforms.
Proficient in written and oral English.
Experience with Workday HRIS Preferred.
Familiarity with real-time data sources and compensation benchmarking platforms.
