Description

Lead initiatives focused on production planning, scheduling, inventory optimization, and supply planning improvement. Design and implement advanced planning processes and planning operating models. Optimize supply chain performance through improved planning policies, planning parameters, and decision-support methodologies. Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy, inventory management, service levels, and production efficiency. Lead supply chain network design and network optimization studies. Evaluate manufacturing, distribution, and logistics footprints to identify cost and service improvement opportunities. Develop supply chain strategies supporting business growth, resilience, and operational excellence. Assess trade-offs between cost, service, inventory, and operational constraints. Utilize practical manufacturing operations experience to improve plant performance and supply reliability. Collaborate with production, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams to improve end-to-end execution. Identify and implement process improvements within manufacturing and fulfillment operations. Support transformation programs involving production planning, shop floor scheduling, and operational performance management. Lead client and internal teams across large-scale supply chain transformation programs. Facilitate executive-level workshops and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Develop business cases and quantify operational and financial benefits of proposed improvements. Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational capability development. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Senior Manager to lead complex supply chain transformation, optimization, and operational excellence initiatives. The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, fulfillment, and network design to drive business performance improvements across end-to-end supply chains. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on operational experience, capable of leading cross-functional teams, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes through advanced planning and optimization solutions. Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
