Mgr-Gen.Accounting__Record to Report (R2R) Global Process Owner team owns taxonomy of core accounting and reporting processes and leads process design to realize a vision of standardized, compliant, and digitalized accounting and reporting processes at ABB. As R2R PMO Lead, you will oversee the R2R project portfolio, manage portfolio governance, deploy project management best practices and support transformation initiatives that advance process maturity and business value.Reporting to the Global Process Owner Record to Report, you will work closely with Finance & Accounting Operations, Finance Process Data & Solutions, Information Systems, and business stakeholders globally.Location: Europe (Zurich preferred)Travel: International travel requiredYour Role & ResponsibilitiesLead the R2R PMO function, including project portfolio management and governance.Oversee the planning and delivery of the R2R transformation roadmap.Ensure effective portfolio prioritization, proactive resource planning, and project tracking.Ensure business case development, investment monitoring, and benefits realization.Coach project managers and promote project management best practices across the organization.Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.Coordinate process communications in collaboration with project teams.Act as Project Manager for strategic initiatives as required.Your BackgroundDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Significant experience leading complex global projects and transformation programs, within Finance or Record to Report.Solid project portfolio management, governance, planning, and budgeting experience.Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is beneficialEffective at managing stakeholder relationships, communicating with clarity, and gaining support for initiatives.Highly developed presentation skills and a solid ability to analyze information, supported by advanced PowerPoint knowledge. Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex global projects and transformation programmes within Finance or Record to Report is essential.

• Solid project portfolio management, governance, planning, and budgeting experience is required.

• Experience with Agile, Lean, and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to gain support for initiatives, are necessary.

• Highly developed presentation skills and advanced PowerPoint knowledge are required.

• Experience in AI use cases in project management is helpful.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
