Description

Our client, a global leader in the pet nutrition industry, is looking for a Regulatory Trade Specialist to join its European Regulatory Affairs team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience, including internships or traineeships, who would like to build a career in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Quality, or International Trade within an international environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and manage regulatory and trade documentation for international markets. Support export and import compliance processes. Prepare certificates, product statements, and other required documentation. Coordinate regulatory requests and ensure all information is complete and accurate. Support analytical sampling and testing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, including Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs. Maintain reports, KPIs, and operational tracking tools. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Safety, or a related scientific field. Around 1-2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Laboratory Coordination, or a similar area. Relevant internships and traineeships are also welcome. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Interest in regulatory compliance, international trade, and highly regulated industries. German and/or French would be an advantage.
