RTR Analyst

Description

Managing selected processes within the RTR / General Ledger area Participating in the month-end close process and financial reporting Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations Posting journal entries in the ERP system and ensuring accuracy of financial data Analyzing and explaining variances, and collaborating with international teams Monitoring open items and ensuring their timely resolution Identifying root causes of discrepancies and implementing improvements Depending on specialization, additionally: Inventory Accounting: Inventory valuation and cost analysis (standard/actual costing) Preparing provisions (NRV / slow-moving inventory) Cooperation with Supply Chain and production teams Ensuring accurate recording of inventory movements in the books Bank / Cash Accounting: Posting bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts Managing cash flows and investigating discrepancies Tax Accounting: Supporting tax processes and reporting Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and tax analyses Benefits: Hybrid working model Private medical care Multisport card Bonus scheme Employee referral program PPK and additional social benefits Eyecare allowance If developing your career in RTR sounds like your next step – feel free to send us your CV! Responsibilities

• For an international organization expanding its financial structures, we are looking for candidates for Record-to-Report (RTR) roles. The role combines general RTR/GL responsibilities with the opportunity to specialize in one of the following areas: Inventory Accounting, Tax Accounting, Bank/Cash Accounting, or People Cost Accounting. The roles are open in Warsaw and in Gdansk.
