Requirements
EASA B1 or B2 Licence
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills
Hold (or able to obtain) airport security clearance.
Valid passport with unrestricted travel rights within the UK/EU and a valid driver’s licence.
Knowledge of aviation safety standards and safety investigation methods.
Basic understanding of EASA/UK CAA regulations.
Familiarity with Safety Management System (SMS) principles.
Experience with root cause analysis.
Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.‑improvement techniques.
Willingness to travel within the HM bases and RYR network.
