Required skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.

  • Negotiation and communication skills: Effective communication, precise formulation of arguments, and ease in working out optimal cooperation terms.

  • Relationship building: A natural ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships.

  • Analytical sense: The ability to think analytically and draw accurate conclusions from sales data.

  • Work organization: Independence, excellent self-organization, and discipline in daily activities.

  • Tool proficiency: Fluency in using internal systems and CRM-class tools.

  • Languages: English proficiency at a B2 level, Polish

  • Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the specifics of the TSL industry or debt collection/financial services.

Who are we looking for

  • Your role will be crucial in strengthening our position in the TSL market and supporting the development of services that improve our clients’ financial liquidity. You will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio and directly reaching out to companies that need our support in debt recovery.

What will you do

  • Acquiring new clients: Actively reaching out to companies through various communication channels to present our service offer and conclude new cooperation agreements.

  • Building and developing relationships: Maintaining and deepening contacts with current clients to increase the number of submitted cases and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

  • Substantive consulting: Supporting clients with knowledge regarding available debt collection strategies to help them make optimal debt recovery decisions.

  • Operational support: Assisting clients in the document submission process to ensure smooth operation of the Pactus portal and flawless case registration in the system.

  • Commercial negotiations: Independently negotiating and adjusting cooperation terms to the specific needs of partners, ensuring the maximization of the organization’s benefits.

  • Analysis and upselling: Monitoring client activity and analyzing trends in submitted cases to identify business opportunities for upselling our services.

  • CRM Administration: Ongoing data entry and updating of contractor information in the internal system to maintain full process transparency and reporting accuracy.
