Join our SAP team and help clients deliver large-scale digital transformation programs powered by SAP S/4HANA. As a SAP Data Migration Manager, you will lead data migration workstreams within complex implementation projects, collaborating with international teams and clients across various industries. You will play a key role in ensuring successful business transformations by delivering high-quality data migration solutions and driving project excellence. This enables you to move faster from analysis to action and create greater value for clients. Your scope of duties Support clients throughout their transformation journey to SAP S/4HANA environments. Lead and coordinate SAP Data Migration workstreams within SAP implementation projects. Support and deliver SAP S/4HANA greenfield and brownfield implementation programs using various delivery methodologies, including Agile. Define project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure successful completion against objectives. Ensure the quality and consistency of SAP implementation projects. Collaborate with international client and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Participate in business development activities, identify service opportunities, and support RFP responses. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and peers. Utilize AI-powered tools and solutions to enhance migration processes and project delivery.

Our requirements

• Minimum 8 years of SAP Data Migration experience, including participation in at least three end-to-end implementation projects.

• Proven experience leading data migration streams on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration activities.

• Strong knowledge of SAP data loading methods, including IDOCs, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, and custom programs.

• Practical experience in setting up SAP S/4HANA data migration tools.

• Experience with SAP Data Services is a plus.

• Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is a plus.

• Experience using AI tools in migration processes is considered an advantage.

• Strong understanding of the SAP data conversion lifecycle, including data readiness, conversion design, build, testing, mock loads, validation, and cutover activities.

• Proficiency in source data analysis using SQL or other querying tools.

• Experience in SAP data profiling and cleansing activities, including de-duplication, matching and merging, standardization, and rationalization.

• Deep knowledge of key SAP objects, including MM, Business Partner, Equipment, Functional Locations, and BOMs.

• Practical knowledge of at least one SAP functional area: FI, CO, SD, MM, eWM, IM, PM, QM, PP, or IBP.

• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

• Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
