Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to drive and coordinate data migration activities across data cleansing, field mapping, migration loads, validation, verification, documentation and issue resolution, ensuring data readiness for successful deployment within SAP implementation and transformation projects. Responsibilities Drive and coordinate data migration activities across cleansing, field mapping, loads, validation and verification Act as the deployment focal point for assigned data objects within the migration scope Collaborate closely with Business Data Owners, Deployment Functional Process Experts, ETL/Data Migration Teams, Legacy Teams, Product Teams and Global Functional Data Owners Analyze data readiness reports, defects and data deviations, and drive migration issues to resolution Support data verification testing and business data sign-off Train and support business users on data migration processes and requirements Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of migration data Manage multiple activities and stakeholders in parallel while working effectively under pressure Maintain documentation related to data migration and deployment activities Requirements Proven experience in SAP data migration and deployment activities, with hands-on expertise in data cleansing, field mapping, data loads, validation and data verification Experience working as a data migration focal point, deployment data lead or DFDO within an SAP implementation or transformation project Strong experience working with Business Data Owners, Functional Teams, ETL/Data Migration Teams and Legacy Teams Understanding of SAP configurations, business processes and data dependencies Experience in analyzing data readiness reports, defects, data deviations and migration issues, and driving them to resolution Experience supporting data verification testing and business data sign-off Experience training and supporting business users on data migration processes and requirements Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile project environment Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills, with a very good command of English, both written and spoken, and experience working in a multinational environment Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in parallel and work effectively under pressure Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global and local teams Flexible, proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a global/virtual project environment Nice to have Experience with SAP data migration/load tools and Data Migration Workbooks (DMWs) Experience with Washing Machine runs and data cleansing cycles Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain data and processes, particularly SD/MM

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP data migration and deployment activities, with hands-on expertise in data cleansing, field mapping, data loads, validation and data verification

• Experience working as a data migration focal point, deployment data lead or DFDO within an SAP implementation or transformation project

• Strong experience working with Business Data Owners, Functional Teams, ETL/Data Migration Teams and Legacy Teams

• Understanding of SAP configurations, business processes and data dependencies
