In this role, you will lead complex SAP implementation programmes, working alongside international teams and senior client stakeholders across various industries. This enables you to move from insight to action faster and create greater value for clients. Your scope of duties Lead clients through IT transformation into SAP S/4HANA environments. Manage greenfield, brownfield, and mix-and-match SAP implementation programmes using various methodologies, including Agile. Define, plan, and execute project deliverables while monitoring progress against agreed objectives. Ensure the successful delivery of SAP implementation projects, maintaining quality standards and timelines. Support business development activities, identify service opportunities, and contribute to RFP responses. Coordinate distributed and multicultural project teams throughout the programme lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and project sponsors.

Our requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.

• Proven track record of managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes.

• Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and a solid understanding of the end-to-end programme lifecycle.

• Previous consulting experience and practical SAP implementation expertise.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

• One or more industry-recognised certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, or PMI-ACP.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Willingness to travel within Poland and across the European Union.

• Additional assets

• Knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integrations.

• SAP Certified Associate – Project Manager – SAP Activate certification.

• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.

• Experience managing external vendors as a client representative.

• Experience in change management, business analysis, and business process transformation.

• Knowledge of TOGAF and BPMN.
