Who we are looking for

• 4–6 years of experience in project management, ideally in large-scale transformation, technology, or business change projects.

• Experience managing projects end-to-end -from planning and initiation through delivery and transition to operations.

• Experience in SAP projects or technology transformation is crucial; SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.

• Strong track record in managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior business and technology stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to complex environments.

• A proactive approach to identifying risks, solving problems, and driving decisions.

• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies, or other structured project delivery approaches.

• Good understanding of business priorities and the ability to connect project delivery with business value.

• Native Polish and professional English.

• Based in Warsaw.

Your future role

• Lead projects end-to-end, from planning and initiation through execution and successful completion.

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.

• Work with SAP experts and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

• Establish effective project governance and ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.

• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams and keep everyone aligned towards common goals.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a key point of contact throughout the project.

• Lead project meetings, steering committees, status updates, and executive-level reporting.

• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.

• Facilitate decision-making and ensure that actions are clearly defined and followed through.

• Ensure projects are delivered with a strong focus on quality, business value, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Support change management, business readiness, and the transition to new ways of working.
