Who we are looking for

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Technology, including managerial roles.

• Previous experience from the consulting side

• Deep knowledge of SAP Development (ABAP, Fiori, BTP) and SAP Integration

• Experience with SAP Basis and SAP Analytics is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage, motivate, and evaluate a team.

• English at excellent level - you will use them every day

• Polish citizenship - native Polish is mandatory

Your future role

• Lead a SAP Technology team (30+ people from various CE countries), including motivating, developing, and monitoring the performance of team members.

• Develop and execute SAP Technology development strategies and client satisfaction.

• Effectively manage resources allocation to ensure optimal project outcomes.

• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and support professional development.

• Build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients to drive business growth.

• Collaborate with project managers and other department heads (including Global Deloitte network).

• Align team goals with the overall business objectives.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer cooperation.

• Act as senior SAP technology architect, advising senior management on SAP-related decisions and strategies.

• Develop future-proof as SAP Environment Strategy and Plans for on-premises, cloud-hosted, and RISE with SAP landscapes.

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all SAP implementations.

• Interpret and translate client requirements from the offers into technology solutions.

• Collaborate with other SAP leadership to align SAP technical strategies with overall IT and business objectives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Technology related inquiries.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and share knowledge with the team.

• Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure the team stays updated with the latest SAP technologies.

• Provide knowledge and understanding of ABAP, Fiori, Integration, Analytics and SAP Basis topics

• Understand which requirements can be achieved through customizing, system development or enhancements.

• Design complex ABAP programs and program modifications as custom development.

• Help the team on our way towards S4/Hana and BTP developments and help us defining the right approach / development guidelines.

• Manage and monitor internal and external SAP systems, ensuring their stability, security, and performance.

• Oversee the development and integration of SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.

• Ensure that best practices in SAP development and integration are followed.

• Be responsible for the successful maintenance of SAP including the provision of technical expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to the Business community.
